Pepper's Pack Information

The pack den is set within a medium sized cave upon the side of a small cliff face. The inside is fairly spacious and as the pack grows the walls are soft enough to dig away for more room. The floor has natural moss growth here and there, and where there isn't any, soft dirt from the den walls are used to fill them. Cubs, expecting mothers, and the aged or sickly are kept in the back of the den while the stronger and fit sabati take post near the front. There is a small trail which leads down to the floor below. Falling from this trail is not deadly but can potentially harm members of the pack; which is why cubs are taught at an early age to be careful and to know how to grip the cliff  face. At the bottom of the canyon is a river that enters and exits the territory. Pack members need to know where to cross because of severe rapids located at intervals throughout the waterway. The back of the territory is mostly barren rockland but holds quite a bit of prey that hide within the crevices. As one walks farther away, a short transition of thick vegetation grows about before transforming into a thick forest biome. Here the trees are firmly rooted to the ground and can reach up to heights of 500 ft. After undergoing specific training sabati of the pack are able to reach the lower branches for hunting. This is not advised though and is only used in times of great hunger when ground prey is scarce.

Some landmarks in the territory include the den at the northern border, the canyon mouth, the big jungle tree located at the southernmost border(new members of the pack will make a trip alone to add their claw-marks onto this tree as initiation),
